Since I've been putting some time in on this repo, I've been thinking a bit about what is described as.

GraphPass is a helper library to filter networks and provide a default visualization output for Gephi or SigmaJS.

I think it would be better to call it a utility than a library. @ianmilligan1 @greebie what do y'all think?
