One of my colleagues started a new journal – the Canadian prosthetics and orthotics journal. He was kind enough to share the journal highlights with me so I included them here.
CPOJ Highlights in 2018
1) ISSN Canada (Library and Archives Canada ) has assigned the following ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) to Canadian Prosthetics & Orthotics Journal (CPOJ): ISSN 2561-987X
2) CPOJ is indexed by Google Scholar and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
3) We have published 2 issues:
First issue:https://jps.library.utoronto.ca/index.php/cpoj/issue/view/2003
Second Issue (including AOPA2018 abstracts): https://jps.library.utoronto.ca/index.php/cpoj/issue/view/2097
4) We are in the process of assigning DOIs to CPOJ new articles and to backfiles, and delivering them to Crossref for content preservation.
5) The International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) has kindly agreed and promoted CPOJ in their website and social Medias:
