SPARQL for "Related based on people" was wrong for participants.

Previous comment was wrong. An organization was hardcoded and
the works was not counted correctly.

The link was invalid because of a comma is used instead of a dot, with this change the link should be directly accessible again.

Improve SPARQL for co-author graph in the organization aspect.

The co-citation graphy in the country-topic aspect is apparently
difficult. This implementation works for the combination
denmark-machine learning but not denmark-biofilm, i.e.,
/country/Q35/topic/Q467410

"Citations per year" panel in work aspect counted the number of the
number of citation wrong if there were self-citations.

"Citations per year" panel in work aspect now show the outgoing
citation in the plot tool

The number of topics bubblechart in the award aspect had no limit
meaning the bubbles became quite small and it was difficult to read
the annotation associated with them.

Page production panel on the organization aspect would show a
wrong page count when a researcher was associated in multiple ways
to an organization.
