First dataset being visualized was brain MRI, and specifically the hippocampus. Next, we went into thoracic MRI and segmented out the spleen. In both cases, we were using ITK-SNAP. |

Next thing we are looking at is Paraview, which is open source and based on the Visualization Toolkit. It's great for many things but not too well suited for CSV files. |
