I think that it would be helpful to support the Graphpad Prism format via the pzfx library (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/pzfx/). Would you be interested in adding support to rio for that? (I'm happy to try to make the PR, if yes.)

Seems reasonable. I'd think it should go in as a Suggests method. Send a PR?
