We should probably manage user expectations a bit better. Let's add a new question to the FAQ in the "Data Analysis" section, with something like:

"I want to do X, but the Archives Unleashed Cloud doesn't support it. What can I do?"

And then we can point to the Toolkit Wiki documentation for more advanced users, as well as perhaps inviting people to join our Slack group and looking at some of the interesting things that datathon users have done?
