Needless MetFragWeb error (mass or formula needed) when searching for DBIDs #30

The web interface gives an error message asking for either a mass or formula entry even when searching for database identifiers - putting in mass=123.456 with ppm of 5 lets MetFrag happily retrieve data for all given identifiers, it seems this catch has been put in there in the web interface even if the value is ignored behind the scenes?
