  • make it clear beforehand which sessions are going to be
    • livestreamed
    • recorded
    • translated (live/ later)
    • captioned (live/ later)
  • make it clear beforehand what childcare arrangements are in place
  • share room plan and assignments of sessions to rooms as soon as possible
    • consider wheelchair accessibility
    • consider non-binary toilets
  • consider whether a dedicated account on social media makes sense
  • have ONE hashtag that is consistently used in social media early on
  • clarify the licensing early on
    • website
