We (@arfon?) need to add a section to https://joss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/editing.html, probably next to the "Processing of rOpenSci-reviewed and accepted submissions" section, for what editors need to with submissions that are related to AAS papers (where we review the software and AAS reviews the science in a coordinated manner)
