Archive.is inconsistently supports ZIP files for raw memento content.

https://archive.is/RbCZV contains a ZIP file link that resolves to a 404
https://archive.is/eAEVt works fine

MementoEmbed should detect the 404 and fall back to using the text of the augmented memento, possibly with some intelligence to remove the banner.
