Tox is not necessary for running the program. Tox is only neceesary during
testing.

If SPARQL returned empty results a variable that may be
used in HTML should be escape with the escapeHTML function.
escapeHTML now works with undefined input.

Add table to the event series index page

Wikidata editor provided string was not escaped in Javascript
when building the HTML string.
Now the text label is escape to counter the rare instances where
the label contains HTML tags.
