From Word: Creates a webpage from the Word Doc with Hypothesis enabled
May be able to start from https://github.com/bradmontgomery/word2html

From Word of PDF: Creates a HTML instance with embedded pdf.js and Hypothesis enabled
Doing this so we don’t need to require an add-on to show annos for PDFs
Remove PDF comments before converting (since we have them as annos)

Converted documents should be displayed on an tokenized URL with restrictive robots.txt
