I merged this myself (I know...) so I could troubleshoot if something goes wrong. It looks to be working. Still some fixes, updates, and additions to do. |

The content and theme of the website were changed to include more flexibility with menu items and potential news/blog posts.
Added list of organizations with RSE based off the ones in the slack channel that I knew about.
Added "steering committee" based off the people who contributed to the charter document.
Added job posting page
Things still to do:
Fix travis scripts
fix favicon.ico
add goals/mission
add organizations along with links to organization departments.
set up CNAME for us-rse.org
