Hi both,
I don't have any R expertise and will not be able to appropriately vet reviewers for this submission.

Sorry -- I misread the README. I see now it's a python package mimicking an R package. I am ok with editing this, though the author should be alerted that I will be unresponsive from April 3-9.

Hello, yes it's a Python package. There is just a mention of the same idea being implemented earlier in R
(by one of the co-authors).

It looks like @katyhuff as the editor currently has the task of finding reviewers and starting the review. I see reviewers who have agreed, so Katy just needs to assign them now, and start the review, which I'm sure she will do shortly
