Fox repo URL in footer, rename .Rproj, clean _site.yml

- URL in footer changed from https://github.com/Meta-Paleo/Website to https://github.com/Meta-Paleo/meta-paleo.github.io - Also replace vague "here" with explicit URL for accessibility - Rename Website.Rproj to meta-paleo.Rproj for clarity - Remove output_dir specifying @Protohedgehog's directory with generic reference to current working directory: presence of .Rproj guarantees `getwd()` will pick the correct directory Signed-off-by: Achintya Rao <achintya.rao@cern.ch>
