This PR references Ticket 122: Update Website Content

The following PR provides minor updates to the web site. Changes include:

  • Home page: inserts new video and removes image header
  • About: creates list for project goals, cleans up graphics for team members, shortens Sam’s bio, includes additional section to identify former collaborators of the project, minor syntax changes to Privacy Policy
  • Get Involved: created new graphics for each area of involvement and readjusted table
  • Publications: syntax changes for consistency, added most recent conference presentations/talks by @ruebot and @ianmilligan1

There are lots of little changes. Please let me know if any graphics look off - all looks clear on my end.
Thanks @ruebot @ianmilligan1

Looking great. I especially love those new icons in "Get Involved," and there's lots of much-needed updates here. Thanks @SamFritz.

A few suggestions, mostly around the "alumni"/RA section of the page. Let me know if you have any questions!

Maybe add a new section here

A team of research assistants has also helped make this project possible:

* Rebecca MacAlpine, Department of History, University of Waterloo (2019-Present)
* Sarah McTavish, Department of History, University of Waterloo (2018-Present)
* Hsiu-Wei Yang, David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo (2018-2019)
* Linqing Liu, David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo (2018-2019)
* Borui Lin, David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo (2018)
* Jeremy Wiebe, Department of History, University of Waterloo (2018-2019)

Am i missing any URAs who contributed @lintool ?

Then below this, maybe add as a separate paragraph.

Finally, we would like to recognize our former postdoctoral fellow Ryan Deschamps (2017-2019) who provided invaluable support to this project, especially in the development of [GraphPass](https://github.com/archivesunleashed/graphpass).

The Archives Unleashed Team would like to recognize former collaborators for their contributions to the project:

I recast this above - just because it's a mix of current RAs (Sarah, Rebecca); former RAs (Jeremy and others); and Ryan's role was slightly different so I'd like to pop it out if possible.
