Justin had the great idea to add the Natural Products Atlas (NPAtlas) as a local CSV for MetFrag and Emma packaged it for MetFrag
New version of Zebrafish file available

I'm trying this through GitHub desktop and it's showing more changes than were made (I thought) but basically we need to add:
RUN wget https://zenodo.org/record/3541624/files/Zebrafish_13Nov2019_Beta.csv(replaced older Zebrafish file) and
RUN wget https://zenodo.org/record/3547718/files/COCONUT4MetFrag.csvc/o Maria from the Steinbeck group
