Should there be an ambassadorial program within the FSA Governance structure?

Potential roles:

Proactive and sustained engagement at the institutional level
Education on community values
Strategic engagement with those already teaching OA or drafting departmental/institutional policies
Greater engagement between libraries and researchers
To help compile a database of actors and activities surrounding OA

They can be supported by us providing a package of updated, state-of-the-art OA tools for policy implementation and teaching.
