@meier-rene @sneumann are there any major changes here that will require an updated MetFrag CL?

There are no functional changes. If you have a working version of MetFrag CL everything is fine. This change is only to fix a "dependency naming" issue, which prevents a successful build today. One of the dependencies (cdk) had a dependency to a 'SNAPSHOT' package, which was not available on any of the standard maven repositories any more.
