This PR updates the NY Datathon page with the following adjustments:

  • tabular format of floor plan to reduce visual appearance of text; also creates hyperlink on image to enlarge
  • adds in notes on photography (policy) and sever allergy
  • adds in note on schedule + general timelines
  • other minor structure/info flow adjustments
