Made a number of minor textual edits for readability. A few comment: 
- One question, on line 20 of the file, the second sentence says "Research software is often not cited (31-43%) ...". In reading the sentence, it is not clear what the numbers in parentheses represent.
- Line 20 there is a missing citation
- Line 25 - I have some research in this direction and will look for some references and text to strengthen this bullet point.
- Line 38 - should we mention anything high-level about the ethnographic studies like we do for the survey and workshops?
