github-stite-deploy uses password based authentication, and GitHub is deprecating password auth. We need to update our javadoc and scaladoc site-deploy so we don't get burned by this down the road.

Looks like it was just a ~/.m2/settings.xml tweak, and it should be good to go now.

If anybody else other than me ever does a release, we'll need to make sure this is configured correctly for them. I'll get a docs PR in for this to close the issue.
