As noted in #164, the page was pointing to our "old" notebooks – I think that threw off at least one attendee at our datathon. Since our active development is more on these Zenodo/cloud hosted ones, I think our website should point to them.

I've removed a bit of the excess language as probably best to not describe each notebook in too much detail here.
