Add docker-aut to documentation #75

We should add docker-aut to the documentation, but not replicate too much of what is in the docker-aut README.

Should we just add a small section to usage.md?

Yeah something akin to this but a header "Archives Unleashed Toolkit with Docker" makes sense.

Maybe we could also add some text and a link to home along the lines of: Want to give it a quick trial to see how it works? You can also run it with Docker.

How's this? (I changed all the "Archives Unleashed Toolkit" ocurrances to t/The Toolkit" too.)
