Beginning with 2020, publications added to the ACL Anthology follow a new ID format. As this appears in the URL it is necessary to update the translator detection code.
Old format: uppercase letter, 2-digit year, hyphen, 4-digit code, e.g.
https://www.aclweb.org/anthology/L18-1001
New format: 4-digit year, dot, venue abbreviation, hyphen, volume number, dot, paper number
https://www.aclweb.org/anthology/2020.lrec-1.86
(Adding .bib to the URL for the BibTeX works under the current detection code.)
