This adds the July 2020 newsletter soon to be emailed.
I did this fully in the github web editor (as opposed to adding and previewing locally) as an experiment to see if it's possible to get some help in the future converting/posting such things. I used the circleci artifacts to preview and iterate, and it worked really well. Things looks good:

Still I'd like another careful set of eyes to make sure I didn't miss something or make a mistake.
